Company sold me a Quest canopy that collapsed and broke after one rainfall.There is no way I can use it again.
Company flatly declined to accept return of defective product and made no effort to work with me with respect to the problem. I contacted the seller twice thereafter and have been ignored.
Not so much as an "I am sorry, how can we try to work this out?" So I am just stuck with an unuseable product.Clearly the company is only concerned with getting its money on the front-end and not interested in making a customer a repeat customer.
